<image:caption>This is my friend Cynde and me. That’s my book in front of us at her Super Bowl party. I’ve been playing the cholesterol game for a while without knowing I was playing it, and I recently accomplished my highest score to date of a 249! I was feeling excited about it until Cynde told me that she had me beat by over 850 points! Is that even possible?! What the hell? Why is there always someone who has to do better than you and brag about it? (Shhh… Let’s all send her prayers so that her score can come back down below mine! ;) )</image:caption>

<image:caption>That’s my laundry bag acting as a rug so that the floor doesn’t feel too cold. The little table was some stool for the desk. The Buddha was room decoration that I fetched off the wardrobe closet. And the cushions belong to the bed. But the postcards are mine! Easy to travel with!… As a long-time meditator, one of the things I’ve learned is that the set up really doesn’t matter. You just basically sit anywhere you can, make it kind of nice, and rest the mind.</image:caption>

A few days earlier, my friend Cito obtained the co-managing position for this villa, and he invited me for a visit! You can check out #zenhideaway to see better photos and models than this one! <image:caption>One last photo. Our dreams are now entwined since I’ve asked him to manage the place that will be called “a home, like a dream” Villa, and he in turn has started a hospitality service, of which, the villa will play what I hope is a prominent role.. But it was always meant to be that way, or so I’m convinced. Like family. Or as he once said back to me when I said that to him, “Not like family, Yuichi. Family.”</image:caption>
